DXP Software and MedTech Sign ClinicOS Software Licensing and Distribution Agreement

Hanoi, September 22, 2026 – DXP Software Joint Stock Company and MedTech Digital Healthcare Technology and Services Joint Stock Company have officially signed a software licensing and distribution agreement for ClinicOS.
The agreement marks a new milestone in the partnership between the two companies, with the shared objective of expanding access to ClinicOS and accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across healthcare management, operations, and patient care.
Combining Technology Capabilities with Healthcare Expertise
Under the agreement, MedTech will distribute ClinicOS, while DXP Software will remain responsible for licensing, developing, and continuously enhancing the platform.
By combining DXP Software’s AI research and development capabilities with MedTech’s experience in digital healthcare, the partnership will expand the reach of ClinicOS, enabling more healthcare providers to access the platform and adopt solutions tailored to their operational and digital transformation needs.
Through this agreement, both companies aim to establish a long-term partnership, progressively expand the solution ecosystem, and deliver practical value to healthcare professionals and patients.
ClinicOS: An AI Ecosystem for Modern Healthcare
ClinicOS is an AI-powered healthcare software ecosystem developed by DXP Software to connect clinical data, operational workflows, and intelligent technologies within a unified platform.
At its core is the AI-Powered Clinic Management System, which supports essential clinic operations including appointment scheduling, patient records, clinical coordination, prescriptions, billing, access control, and reporting. This operational foundation connects with ClinicOS’s AI capabilities to support a more efficient and coordinated healthcare journey.
Rather than relying on separate and fragmented tools, ClinicOS supports the healthcare journey from patient check-in and consultation to data analysis, medical imaging support, and preventive care.
The ecosystem extends across five core AI solution areas: AI Check-in, AI Consultation, AI Imaging, AI Data Synthesis, and AI Prevention. Together, these solutions support patient intake automation, information synthesis for consultations, medical image analysis, multi-source data integration, health risk assessment, and preventive care. This enables healthcare professionals to access relevant information more efficiently and develop a more comprehensive understanding of each patient’s health.
With its flexible modular architecture, ClinicOS can connect with existing systems through APIs or be deployed through ClinicOS Box, enabling healthcare providers to rapidly integrate AI capabilities into their existing infrastructure. Each organization can select and configure the solutions most relevant to its needs without replacing its entire system, helping reduce deployment time and expand digital capabilities according to its own priorities and roadmap.
