YouMed and DXP Sign Strategic Partnership to Develop “Virtual Assistant for Doctors”

Ho Chi Minh City, May 8, 2025 – YouMed, a leading digital healthcare company, and DXP Software, a pioneer in AI solutions, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly research and deploy the project “Virtual Assistant for Doctors.” This collaboration marks a significant milestone in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance healthcare services in Vietnam.

Towards Smart Healthcare with AI

The Virtual Assistant for Doctors project is designed to become a powerful tool that supports medical professionals by reducing administrative workload, providing quick access to patient records, and assisting in making more accurate clinical decisions. The solution focuses on four key functions:

• Automated Medical Note-Taking: Capturing doctors’ speech through advanced speech recognition and natural language processing.
• Diagnostic Support: Offering AI-driven suggestions based on patient records and updated clinical guidelines.
• Intelligent Consultation: Engaging with patients via chatbot/voicebot to provide reliable medical information, helping reduce pressure on healthcare staff.
• Workflow Management: Seamless integration with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to optimize internal operations.
